We offer convenient telehealth services for psychotherapy.  Noya Wellness utilizes a secure HIPAA-compliant platform for virtual appointments to ensure client confidentiality.  We understand that in today’s world there are a number of reasons that telehealth may be the preferred option for mental health services. 

  • Here are tips to optimize your therapeutic experience

    • Prioritize Privacy – find a quiet private space for appointments

    • Limit Distractions – turn off devices and other electronics (TV, Tablets)

    • Constant Connection – have a reliable internet connection

    • It is Me Time – sessions are ONLY for those scheduled, it is YOUR time

Fees and Insurance

  • 15-minute Initial Consultation – The initial 15-minute phone consultation with one of our psychologists is free.  During the consultation, we can briefly discuss your treatment goals and determine if our practice may be a good fit for your needs.  Additionally, we will address any concerns or questions you may have about your therapeutic journey.

  • Noya Wellness accepts some insurance.

    • Dr. Vinson accepts United Healthcare and Cigna. She is also an approved out of network provider for Tricare East.

    • Dr. Lloyd accepts United Healthcare. He is also an approved out of network provider for Tricare East.

    • If you are not covered by the listed insurance plans, you may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance carrier if your insurance permits out of network providers.

      • Noya Wellness will provide clients with a “Super Bill” after payment for services has been received.  A “Super Bill” is a document that includes the client name, date of birth, diagnosis code, procedure code, and a few other pieces of information requested by most insurance companies for reimbursement. 

  • Self-Pay Therapy Session Costs

    • $200 for 50 minute session

    • $250 for 75 minute initial psychiatric evaluation 

    • Group therapy session fees vary by group type.

  • Good Faith Estimate

    • A Good Faith Estimate shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs for an item or service. The estimate is based on information known at the time the estimate was created.

    • During our 15-minute consultation, you will be provided with a verbal Good Faith Estimate (GFE). In addition, this estimate will be available to you in writing and you can access it through the Simple Practice portal.
